BOOKING
Please note that a deposit of 50% of the total value of the reservation is payable within 48 hours of receipt of the booking confirmation. The balance is payable 14 days before the date of arrival or by arrangement in exceptional circumstances. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee a booking where a deposit has not been paid.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Guinea Fowl Lodge does not overbook, therefore, forfeit as a percentage of the total costs will be effected on cancellations in accordance with the following:
  • 0 - 7 days before the date of arrival, 100%
  • 8 - 14 days before the date of arrival, 75%
  • 15 - 21 days before the date of arrival, 50%
  • 22 - 30 days before the date of arrival, 25%
  • 31+ days before the date of arrival, 0%
Cancellations in excess of 30 days prior to arrival may incur a 5% administration fee to cover banking and processing charges.
